How It Works...

Account owner is also known as the Moderator

Moderator is assigned a toll-free number, Moderator PIN, and a Participant PIN

When the Moderator wants to host a call, they inform each Participant of the call time, and give them the toll-free number and Participant PIN
- The Moderator PIN should always be kept confidential

Each Participant dials the toll-free number and enters the Participant PIN. The Moderator dials in to the same toll-free number and uses the Moderator PIN

Available Features

Recording – Moderator may record each call

Playback – Moderator may listen to recorded calls

Volume Control – Moderator may make volume adjustments

Moderator Mute – Moderator may mute all Participants

Participant Mute – Participants may choose to mute their line

Security Lock – Once the call begins, Moderator may lock the call to prevent additional parties from joining the conference

Name Record Roster – Moderator may hear a recorded listing of all Participants currently on the conference
